We carry out surveys and inspections on all types of properties, both old and new. Because we are an INDEPENDENT COMPANY and have absolutely no links to any other companies, you can be assured that our findings and subsequent advice, are guaranteed to be completely honest and impartial.

We offer a wide range of services and all of our inspections will be carried out by one of our highly qualified and experienced surveyors. This will be followed up with a detailed and comprehensive report written in English, however a translation service is available on request. These reports will detail our findings and will also give advice and recommendation as to what action, if any, we deem to be appropriate. We are also happy to take our clients on a guided walk-through of their property, accompanied by one of our surveyors, who can assist in clearly explaining our findings and visibly showing our clients the areas of concern.

PRE-PURCHASE REPORTS : from 550 EUROS 

 We offer full surveys and inspections on all properties, old and new. This survey will be followed up with a detailed report of our findings and any advice or recommendations will be given.

SNAGGING REPORTS : from 400 EUROS

Nearly all new-build properties and developments, allow a certain amount of time for owners to report any defects or faults to the building company. This is more often than not, carried out by the selling agent or a 'recommended' inspector through the selling agent. The problem is that many of the selling agents have a 'connection' to the actual building company so it is not in their interests to show up too many problems! We at IPS, Costa Blanca, have absolutely no connection to or affiliation with any selling agent or building company, so we can GUARANTEE that we will provide an accurate 'snagging' report and that this will always be in our CLIENTS BEST INTERESTS, and not that of a third party. This 'snagging' inspection will be carried out by one of our highly qualified and experienced surveyors, who will provide a detailed and comprehensive report of his findings and what action is required to rectify any problems.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR REPORTS : from 400 EUROS

In order to maintain and maximise the value of your property, we believe that it is important to try to keep on top of your property's building repair and maintenance. This should help to safeguard property owners against severe structural or building damage in the future. We recommend that property owners have an annual, general survey, which can be carried out by one of our highly qualified and experienced surveyors. This survey will be followed up with a detailed and comprehensive report of our findings and recommended actions required.

RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES INSPECTIONS :

Most Spanish developments or urbanisations have residential committees who are put in place to try to protect and aid the smooth running of these communities. Part of their role, is to maintain the properties correctly, so as to ensure the properties maintain their OPTIMUM VALUE. To do this, we recommend that Annual surveys of the buildings and communal areas are carried out. Again, as with the 'snagging' , many of the community factors who recommend the chosen contractor to carry out these surveys, are probably connected to them in some way and may gain from using their services. We believe, that these inspections and subsequent reports, may be prejudiced and therefore inaccurate.
